Recently, the FloodEvac project has seen some coverage in media. While I was still in Kaiserslautern, I played my part in forming the project, so I’m happy to see such progress!
Here are some news articles:
Last week, the OR2016 took place in Hamburg; this year under the theme “Analytical Decision Making”. It was a great opportunity to meet, discuss and get inspired by high-quality talks.
My own talk was about “Solving Combinatorial Min-Max Regret Problems with Non-Internval Uncertainty Sets”, which presents in large parts the work on ellipsoidal uncertainty sets I’ve written about here.
Already much looking forward to next year’s OR conference, which will be in Berlin!
